Nabil sits on the board of both Sourced Property and Sourced Homes, leading the property and delivery function with a focus on social housing. He builds the long-term partnerships with regulated providers that underpin every Housed placement, structures investor-backed acquisitions, and oversees the development works that bring properties up to full compliance. An engineering mindset combined with a deep understanding of how housing actually gets delivered at scale.
Director at Sourced Homes with a portfolio that spans investor advisory, lettings consultancy, and property accountancy. With years of experience structuring complex property transactions, Miraaj leads the financial backbone of every Housed placement, applying a rigorous quantitative discipline to ensure every opportunity holds up — for the landlord, the provider, and the social housing tenants who'll call the property home.
