Let well.
Sleep well.
Lease your property to Housed Group on a 3 to 5 year fixed term. We pay your rent every month, even when the property is empty. We handle every call, repair, inspection and renewal. You collect the income.

We do the rest.
Why landlords choose Housed.

How we Compare.
What makes it work is who lives in the home. Every property is placed with a vetted, regulated housing partner — supporting adults and young people who need a long-term, well-managed home. The result: lower turnover, better-cared-for properties, and income predictable enough to plan a mortgage around. If your property is asking more of you than it should, let's talk.
Letting in the UK has become a part-time job. Voids you can't predict. Repairs you can't budget for. Calls at 9pm on a Sunday. We built Housed to take all of that off the table. When you lease to us, we sign a fixed three-to-five-year agreement and become your single, professional tenant. We pay you a guaranteed rent every month, voids included, and handle every repair, inspection, certificate, and renewal in between. One point of contact. No call centres. No surprises.
Types of properties we take on.

Your property.
A turning point in someones life.
Property that does more than earn.
The people living in our homes are care leavers who've never had a permanent address. Adults with autism finding their footing in the world. Families who've spent years in temporary rooms, waiting for one that finally feels like theirs. Individuals quietly rebuilding lives that have been harder than most of us will ever know.
Inside each home, a team is there every day — cooking together, helping with appointments, sitting on the sofa when the day's been hard, celebrating the small wins. A young man cooks pasta for the first time. A care leaver invites a friend round for tea. A mother tucks her children in, in their own beds, in their own home, for the first time in years.
Your property holds all of that. The rent is reliable. The asset is protected. But the life happening inside it is the real return.
Frequently asked questions
The people we place are adults in supported living, care leavers, individuals with autism or learning disabilities, and families rebuilding their lives — all referred by regulated housing partners and supported daily by professional teams. Your property is never let to short-term tenants or holiday guests..
What type of tenants will actually be living in my proeprty?
What if the property is empty? Do I still get paid?
Yes, every month, voids included. We sign a fixed three-to-five-year lease and become your single tenant from day one. If the property is empty for any reason during the term, that's our problem, not yours. The rent we agree is the rent you receive, every month, for the full term.
We do — all of it. Gas safety, electrical inspections, EPC, fire compliance, repairs, routine maintenance — every detail handled by Housed at no extra cost. You'll have one dedicated lease manager as your single point of contact for the full term. No call centres. No chasing.
Who handles repairs, certificates, and compliance?
What condition will my property be in at the end of the lease?
Will my mortgage and insurance allow this kind of let?
What if my circumstances change during the lease?
Better than most landlords expect. Every property is inspected quarterly and maintained proactively, and because residents stay long-term, turnover and wear are low. The property is returned at the end of the lease in fully maintained condition, with all certificates current and agreed works completed.
In most cases, yes. But we'll always check this with you before anything is signed. Our lease structure is transparent, lender-friendly, and we're happy to share the agreement with your mortgage provider or insurer for review. We'll guide you on exactly what consent to obtain so everything is in place from day one.
Life happens, and leases occasionally need to be revisited. If something changes on your side; a sale, a refinance, a portfolio change, we always start with a conversation rather than a contract clause. Most situations can be worked through, and we'd rather find a solution together than rely on the small print.
